What does working at a defined price mean?
Before starting, we agree on the project scope, deliverables, verification criteria and price. Within that scope, we take on the risk of the time required. If new needs emerge, we assess their impact together and agree on any changes before proceeding.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
We focus primarily on medium-sized Italian businesses, with established knowledge of insurance and financial services. Our approach also applies to other complex organisational settings. An initial discussion helps establish whether our expertise fits your challenge.
What is the role of artificial intelligence?
AI is part of our approach: it supports analysis, organising information and producing documents. Every output is interpreted and validated by a senior consultant who takes responsibility for it. Tools, permitted data and processing arrangements are defined for each project.
Who actually works on the project?
The senior consultants involved work directly on the project. Our model is built around small teams and a structure without intermediate layers. Contacts, roles and responsibilities are defined in the proposal.
