Start with the activities
A consulting project involves different kinds of work: gathering information, comparing documents, reconstructing a process, developing hypotheses and discussing a choice. Each needs appropriate tools and checks.
We use AI to support analysis and document production. We select the activities where it can help based on the context, data availability and conditions agreed with the client.
The senior consultant interprets and verifies
Well-written text does not make an analysis correct. Sources need to be checked, gaps understood, contradictions recognised and evidence connected to the situation of the business.
In the Zenova approach, this responsibility belongs to the senior consultant: the person who understands the context, works with the client and validates what is delivered. Using AI makes this step even more significant.
A decision lives in its context
A solution can be coherent on paper and difficult to adopt. Responsibilities, available resources, habits and priorities come into play, and often emerge through conversations with people.
Time spent listening and discussing therefore remains central. We want tools to leave more room for the interpretation that makes a proposal right for the people who will use it.
Transparency is part of the approach
For every project, we define which tools to use, which data can be processed and which controls apply. These choices depend on the context and the organisation’s rules.
Our idea of consulting brings technological capability and personal responsibility together. The people leading a project must be able to explain the reasoning, discuss alternatives and answer for the work.
